Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Tandem Car Mats is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@tandemcarmats.ca within 7 days of delivery. We’ll assist with a replacement or resolution.

PO Boxes & Restricted Locations

At this time, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or territories outside mainland Canada and the U.S.
